For this reason, we will guarantee that, by booking directly through our website, http://www.senecahotel.com, you will receive the lowest possible internet rates for your stay with us. If you should find a lower rate for The Seneca Hotel on any other internet site, we will gladly match that rate. Please see below for specific terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

If you find a publicly available internet room rate for the Seneca, prior to, or within 24 hours after, making a reservation on http://www.senecahotel.com, the Seneca will honor the competing rate.

The best rate guarantee applies to a competing room type that is substantially similar to a room type that can be booked on http://www.senecahotel.com. Competing room types have features that include, but are not limited to, similar view, amenities, bedding, and room size. If the Seneca does not have a substantially similar room type available, at its sole discretion, we may honor the rate for the competing room with applicable rate limitations.

In the event of a multiple night stay, the best rate guarantee will compare the total room cost of the stay as booked on http://www.senecahotel.com with a total room cost of the stay booked at the competing rate.

The best rate guarantee does not apply to the following:

• Auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking is finalized. Examples of these types of sites include, but are not limited to, Priceline and Hotwire.

• Sites that “package” travel, entertainment, hotel and and/or food components; such as airfare and hotel stay, hotel stay and car rental, hotel stay and restaurant voucher, etc. Examples of these sites include, but are not limited to, Site 59 and Delta vacations

• Packaged rates that include taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, or other amenities.

• Qualified discount rates, including, but not limited to, government, AAA, or senior citizen discounts.

• Unpublished, negotiated rate with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations, or other rates that are specified agreed upon by the Seneca and a specified and limited group, and are not publicly available.
